we spent 3 nights and 4 day in Outrigger on the Lagoon Fiji. It was interesting to be a guest this time. Had a great holiday, the place was clean, tidy and rooms were well presented and very comfortable. This was a quick get a way as a result of a surprise bargain trip so we grabbed it
The staff at Outrigger are the friendliest staff I have ever come across. You couldn’t walk out of your room without being greeted with a cheery smile and “Bula!” from someone. Staff absolutely love children and everyone doted on our little daughter. The Bure we stayed in was also lovely, spacious and clean.
First up I hope you are all safe after the big blow this morning we are thinking and praying for you I would like to thank our 2 butlers Koroi and Leila , the security officer Manoa for taking Cory fishing and keeping an eye on him while he fished the lagoon , the staff in the dining room especiallt Etc. Over all I have Awesome Eeperiece.
We stayed at the Outrigger for a week and had an amazing time. I definitely recommend staying in a bure (little self contained bungalow), they are quite private and spacious. Only problem is that it is an open roof over the bathroom and bedroom, so one person may need to go lie in the hammock for a bit
The second time we stayed at the outrigger. This time my partner proposed. A magical place. This resort is pretty amazing it has great staff and great service, clean rooms,great pool, great beach,the best food, the best cocktails,The spa is one of the best and i have to say AMAZING!!!.
This trip was our first visit to Fiji and first time overseas with our 18 months old daughter. We arrived at the Outrigger at around 6pm and about 10 minutes after we got to our room, our afternoon champagne and canapes arrived! What a way to relax after a long day of travelling.
We booked this resort, to accommodate the needs of our mobile, but severely disabled child. We enjoyed the large grounds and beautiful gardens with well paved footpaths and a covered walkway. The swimming pool was ideal with several shallow areas with features providing interest for example the bubble spa and the fountains.
Great hotel, stayed in a beautiful Bure. Great Butler service, friendly and so helpful to somebody who can’t eat so many foods. Made great friends with so many staff in a week.
We enjoyed our holiday so much that we are going to go back in November for 9 days this time. We traveled with two young children aged 4 and 1, and we stayed for 7 days in a Superior Resort View Room (the cheap rooms).
We chose Fiji for our honeymoon and split our holiday between Tokoriki (island) and Outrigger, predominantly based on recommendations from our travel agent and internet reviews. After having spent 6 glorious days on Tokoriki; a small exclusive feel resort (minus the price tag) we then stayed at the outrigger to discover the mainland.
A perfect spot for a relaxing break. The staff were wonderful, very friendly – nothing was a problem – even when we had to move rooms due to a gas leak. Many thanks to all – particularly our butlers Lusia and Salote.
We have just stayed a week at the Outrigger and can’t praise it highly enough. Slept in possibly the world’s most comfortable beds in a spacious, pleasant and VERY quiet room. There are not enough superlatives for the staff who were unfailingly helpful, smiling and gracious at all times.
I cannot stop raving about the beauty that is the Outrigger in Fiji. Everything was amazing – the beautiful bure, the lovely staff, the food, the activities, the grounds, and our brilliantly planned wedding by a fantastic wedding coordinator, Illisoni Visbose.
We stayed at the Outrigger in October 2009 for two weeks and we loved it! The staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was calm & relaxing, with serenading and dancing a regular feature of each day.

Me and my friend stayed at the Outrigger for a week in December last year and have been dreaming of going back ever since! Even though we arrived late at night we were greeted with big smiles and a cool drink, which is very welcome after over an hour on the road.
This was probably the first holiday that my husband and I got to relax. The kids (3 & 5) simply loved the kids club and were happy to attend every day in at least 2 of the sessions, some days all 3. We found the staff to be friendly and the Resort to be very clean. we have a wonderful holiday.
